RWO has conducted numerous demand surveys in the past, resulting in undertaking and delivering many prestigious projects and schemes. Results of some of the demand surveys conducted by RWO, as well as those of its executive members, are given below:

1. Plots launched at Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand
The last concluded demand survey was conducted for Nainital, resulting in the ongoing project Jim Corbett, which is coming up on a prime patch of land at Uttarakhand, a serene and beautiful hamlet 30 km from Nainital. Set in the picturesque Himalayan region, at Raksha Corbett Resort (Plots), Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand.

2. Greater Noida West, Sector 1
The last completed demand survey was conducted for Greater Noida, resulting in the ongoing project RAKSHA TOWERS, Sector 1, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension). Spacious 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with sizes ranging from 985 to 1865 sq ft are offered in this project.

3. Gurgaon
The demand survey for Gurgaon culminated in the launch of Raksha Towers, Sector 68, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. This prestigious project at prime location offers 3 BHK luxury apartments in various sizes and configurations.

4. Noida Extension
Raksha Towers, Supertech Ecovillage 1, Sector 1, Noida Extension is an outcome of the Demand Survey conducted by the executive members of RWO. This low-priced project has appreciated by over 100% in a short span of 2 years.

5. Gurgaon
An earlier demand survey resulted in the launch of Raksha Towers, BPTP Park Serene, Sector 37-D, Gurgaon. This prestigious scheme has given unprecedented appreciation over 4 times in a time frame of 5-6 years.
