Eligibility for Participation

The facility of availing housing units from RWO is primarily meant for serving / retired defence, as well as para military personnel and their families. The following categories of armed forces personnel can apply for participating in the Demand Surveys conducted by RWO from time to time :

1. Serving and Re-employed personnel of Armed Forces
2. Retired Armed Forces Officials
3.Spouse of deceased Armed Forces Officials
4.Blood relations/Dependants of Armed Forces Officials viz. parents, spouse, children, grand children, including adopted children, brother(s), and sister(s) including their spouses

Wherein the term Armed Forces means the Army, Navy, or Air Force as well as para-military forces like BSF, CISF, CRPF etc.

Certain categories of central and state government employees are also eligible for schemes of RWO

Civilians are also applicable to apply any scheme if RWO gives them approval to participate…
