Payment Schedule
RWO offers various Payment Plans for different schemes/projects, including Flexi payment plan, Construction Linked payment plan, No EMI till possession plan etc, to enable the applicants to pay as per their convenience. Although detailed payment plans for various schemes are notified as the schemes are announced, the initial amount of 25% has to be generally paid by the applicants in the following manner :
